I picked up a scrap sheet of .05" carbon fiber that I am going to use in a new project. Anyone know the best way to cut this stuff? |

Is that the same as polycarbonate sheet material, ie Lexan? If so, then a flush trimming router bit goes through it like nothing. I've heard you can table saw it, but don't take my word on that one. I haven't tried it. |

Be very careful cutting carbon fiber, especially if you plan on using power tools to do it! Don't breathe the dust, and pour water as you cut to keep the heat down. |

Isn't WD-40 flammable? That may not be a good idea... |
