Forgive my clueless question - With a Jamma cab, all you need is to buy a Jamma game board, correct?  I'm more familiar with MAME and Ipacs than with "real" arcade machines...  But I would potentially be interested in a Jamma cab...

Yeah, it goes with the monitor. The bulk of that cost is in the SVGA monitor. But that also reminds me. I've built custom bracing into the cabinet to hold the monitor. It doesn't use the standard monitor brackets. That could cause a problem if you try to re-convert for original use. It's really hard for me to say if you'll be able to undo it or not. It's probably not worth $300 + shipping to find out, though.
