Stainless steel dust covers *Other custom work too*
IntruderAlert:
I'm not sure..
Could you make the letters larger/thicker and curved around the washer instead of straight across?
Do you have any idea how much you'd need for each set of trackball rollers?
I don't have the proper equipment to measure precisely enough but
maybe someone could send you a worn out set for measuring purposes.
I'll look around..

As far as I know I can only do text in straight lines, they can be any size though. We have key smith shops over here that do custom engraving, maybe you have facillities like that over your end?
As for a price for the rollers, I would imagine they would be around $30, depending on the tolerances and material etc.
See if you can find some sizes, maybe from the original manufacturer?

Bob Roberts sells a Stainless Steel roller set for $8 but I have no idea if they are solid stainless steel or not.

I should imagine that they would be solid. It would actually be cheaper for them to be manufactured solid than with a bore.
Email Bob Roberts and find out. If they are I would go for it. I wish I could make them that cheap but as I am doing a one off order I would not be able to make them any less expensive.
Sounds like Bob's are a bargin to me!

Very precise. He is obviously very good at what he does and must be using some nice machinery.
Highly recommended, you won't be dissappointed.
(I'm the one he did those ms pac shafts for.) ;)
thanks again Franco!
