No, it doesn't.  I did this because everyone's panels are different, it would be hard to come up with a common length suitable to everyone.  The way I have worked the pads is to make them suitable to connect to either a terminal strip or a DSUB or Molex connector.

Well, I solder the wires as well as hot glue the connections so that they are more durable and less likely to separate.  Also, I label each wire and strip the end.  I have done six of these so far for people on these boards.  Some people just have difficulty soldering, so I'm happy to do it for them.  I'm really not making all that much on each pad after I buy the wire needed and ship them back out.  It's also fairly time-consuming...  (Anyone know where to get a large quantity of 22 gauge stranded wire for cheap?)

Looks like a very professional job to me, and well worth the money for those that can't/won't solder for themselves.
