Pony is just doing what he does; which is provide this community with excellent prices, access to all HAPP products, and really good service.

There's nothing wrong with Ponyboy (and other suppliers) having access to the buttons. It actually makes life easier, since I don't have to frantically worry about getting more batches in.

I'm just one small person who provided leaf-switch samples and convinced IL to make the buttons, and I'm ecstatic that they did it. I don't have the deep pocket of a company like Happ, so there was no way to keep them exclusive. Depending on my own sales, I'll probably finish up the batch I ordered and step back to let vendors like Ponyboy sell them.

And just for the record, Ponyboy is a great vendor and an excellent human being. I fully support what he's able to do for this community.

That's weird several posts have disappeared since I last looked at this thread.

Based on what little we've been told so far the arrangement between Happ, IL and Shawnzilla doesn't make a lot of sense and I can therefore only assume we're not getting the full story. But if Shawnzilla is happy with the arrangement then I suppose there is no reason for the rest of us to complain.

Does anybody know how effectively these buttons can be lit with mini light bulbs mounted near the underside of the button? I don't think I have the patience for LED's.

As soon as I get mine, I'm planning on trying it with std mini bulbs, LED cannons, and possibly one or two other gizmo's to try and make it light effectively with minimal work.

I know that he is having a little trouble getting some parts from Happ right now, and from my previous experience with him, he is very reliable, but still at the mercy of his supplier. He'll come through for you, just sit tight and he'll get back to you.

Now if Happ can just get him the super joysticks I've been waiting 2.5 weeks for.....

I don't know if Pony is backed up, or if my PMs aren't getting through... Has anyone had problems with this happening? Usually I would get a prompt response when I would ask him for a price, but since I asked for some parts about a week ago, I haven't heard from him.

I hope I don't come off as a jerk, I'm just really confused. And my cab is sooooo close to being done my roommates might lynch me if I don't finish soon!

Don't worry about it... he'll get back to you. I can only imagine the number of PMs he gets... he always gets back to you though.

Maybe shoot him a quick PM asking if he got your original question. Beyond him losing/accidentally deleting a PM, I don't see why he wouldn't respond.
