My HAPPS 27" bezel is a bit wide and a bit tall, what is the best tool for a clean cut on this type of plastic, what have you used and what were the results? Dagg |

Best way is to score it with a utility knife and a straight edge. Then we you bend it along the line it will break off cleanly. Same as one of the techniques for cutting plexi but much easier. |

You can use a table saw (I did), but you better be sure you have a sharp blade or it will chip. A router may also do well if you can clamp a board to it for a guide. Darryl |

I second the scoring method. Make sure you use a metal straight edge if you can, though. And you might want to mark it in ink or something first. If you score without a guideline you risk moving the straight edge as you score. "Don't ask me how i know." Table saws and routers both seem overkill. |

Try a Dremel tool. I cut my last marquee with one. And that was plexi. |
