Chris:

I just used a piece of plastic corner moulding from Home Depot.  It came in white, so I spray-painted it gloss black. It was about $3.00 for an 8 foot length.

About $1/ft - this stuff gives a nice finished look. Since it comes in 10 foot lengths, I was able to use it for the marquee and for the monitor bezel/glass as well.

You can always make your own "frame" of sorts or screw the plexi sandwich right to the cab.

Good Luck!

BTW, how do you mount that Happs retainer material? I have some, but I can't find any instruction of how it's supposed to be intalled. Actually, it looks like there are a couple of different ways that would work.

It's really simple but not all that obvious...the retainer hooks over the edge of the MDF, particle board, etc. and pulls the marquee up against that edge. Make sense? So the top retainer would look like this:

At least that's the way I did it...hope this helps!  ;D

Hey, that's great, very clear! I just thought that the little ridge on the top of tat piece was meant to snug against the board to keep it from moving, but the only way to do that would be to put it on the inside of the MDF, and would loose display area.

Thanks again!
