Early 80's (81 - 82???)

a clown on a unicycle that would catch balloons on his head. Each balloon would stack onto the previous one making it harder to catch the next balloon.

It was color graphics,

I remember dumping many quarters into it at the arcade.

I was able to get up to the level with the brown ghosts (really fast). What about you?
