| Slikstik Customer support? |

Hello All, Have any of you had problems getting in touch with Slikstik for support? They shipped me a Quad that was very poorly packaged, which resulted in some damage. They emailed me after a week, and said they would ship a UPS label to me, and that was a week and a half ago. I have emailed them since 3 times, and gotten no response?! Matt |

Well, I was curious if anyone else has had good luck with the support... maybe there is a phone number I can call that I can't find on the website, maybe there is a different email besides "info@slikstik.com"... you know, things like that.. :) Matt |

SlikStik customer support is poor and slow. I am thankful for their products when the do arrive however. Here is another thread concerning their support. |
