hmmmmm....might add something along these lines to SKJB. :D |
| Chris:
My juke is so far behind these jukes, I need to spend more time on fixing bugs and finishing the promised features, so I think I'll have to back out of the name-that-tune horse race... |

I got some of it sorted out. Now it's not possible to use the arrow keys before you buzz in. It's also possible to use Enter as buzz key. It's still not possible to use the arrowkeys as "select" -button or as "song"-buttons when not in joytick mode. Other than that just about every other button is available to use. Any other bugs or suggestions before I release this ? As very few people seem to be using the program, the next version will be the last. --- End quote --- I actually do have ONE more suggestion / request. Most 4 player cabinets have Player 1, Player2, Player 3 and Player 4 Start buttons. Can you set it up so that pressing one of these starts the game with the correct number of players without putting up the selection menu for # of players? |

--- Quote ---Setting this up would probably require to select number of players before each round. Is this what you want ? --- End quote --- I have to do that already (I think because I don't have the option that says start with a default # of players selected). Now I get the pop-up and have to press an on screen button. What I'm suggesting is to have 4 start buttons defined (vs. the one you have now). When the program starts or a game ends, if I press "Start Button 2" the game starts in 2 player mode. If I press "Start Button 4" it starts in 4 player mode. Also, could you add to the options page a "Start in Default Mode". That way, I could define to always start in "Random" mode or "Title" mode. I would then require NO selections on start-up or between games. This would make your application behave just like any other "arcade game" on the cabinet. Thanks again for all of the GREAT work on this, and for continuing to support and implement our requests! |
