A New Hobby - RC Sailboat

its funny, i could never fly RC planes properly. i only figured out control line once i learnt how to fly the REAL thing! (although i never told any of my passengers that i kept crashing my models, hehe) so i went into RC boats because they are so much harder to damage ;D

My buddy has an RC Helicopter.. Very hard to fly.

Call me stupid (it's been done before ;)), but how do you get your boat back when it goes out of range? In theory, I would think it "turns around", but how well does that actually work? I could build a swamper boat pretty easily...

I've been flying R/C for about 6 years now. I have 2 planes and am building a 3rd (Tower hobbies Trainer 60, Ace Big Bingo, Piper Cub). I'm also running R/C nitro and electric on-road and off-road (HPI Super nitro RS4 w/ .26 OFNA and an Associated RC10B4 buggy)). If you have any questions regarding R/C, let me know.
