Hello, I finally got Star Wars up and running with a yoke and a AKI controller board. For some reason, the game starts with my crossfire on screen a little to the left. As I play the game, it straightens out. I calibrated the yoke in windows, then I used the Star Wars calibration screen and found out that it is perfectly calibrated. Is this a know issue with Star Wars emulation? Thanks... |

FWIW I noticed the exact same thing happening with an N64 analog stick via Adaptoid. I found that if I move the cursor to all 4 corners of the screen early on (like at the level select) it centers quickly. |

It use to do the same thing for me when I had it hooked up to an 8-way. I didn't think much of it because of the controls being totally wrong... |

This is not an emulation problem. It's exactly how the original machine works. Since the stick centers after a few left-right & up-downs, and the machines were left on most of the time, you never noticed it in the arcade. Real time recalibration was a great idea for arcade cabs. (Repeat or first paragraph in a different way) This is a Bug That Is Not A Bug. |

Wow, that's great info for someone with a yoke. Thanks a bunch... |
