The story didn't say that. and you can, any time you exchange bodily fluids, like saliva. however, its a lot more likley for the female to contract something in this case. And aids isn't as easily contracted this way.

That's scary. You want to go read up on HIV and do it before you leave your house. You CAN get HIV from oral sex.
Saliva alone is a very very low percentage carrier, but it is VERY easy for a cut on the gums, or maybe one created by using too much teeth, or anything like that, to create a miniscule opening that could transmit the virus.
In short, treat oral as if you would treat any other type of sex when it comes to HIV prevention. This is NOT a game.

It's not that scary, I have a wife and I had the same girlfriend for seven years before I was with my wife. It's not something I ever worried about.
But congratulations if leaving the house is enough for you to need this info.
Also are there actually confirme reported cases. Not theoretical. I'm aware you could both have a cut. But the odds of all this is pretty low and I'd like to see an acctual figure.
