Yeah, you definitely CAN do better than I did w/ construction.  Lesson learned, next time I assemble I'll use a lot more glue and rely a lot less on screws to hold things together.

Since I have to get this thing into a finished basement down a staircase that platforms & does a 180 degree turn, I really needed this back into 2 pieces.  Now I've got it in 4 pieces :-D.

my condolences

Daniel270:

Sorry to hear about your unfortunate incident....  but, hopefully, Arcadia II will not be long in coming  ;D

MrTroy:

Sorry bout your lost dude.
Eeech... and to think I was at Home Depot last night about to buy particle board.

Well what about the monitor. That's still good isn't it?

nipsmg:

Well, the monitor was a POS to begin with.  IT's a 27" Television "Monitor" with a 9 pin RGB Connector, Coax, and Composite.  I was hoping the RGB connector would allow me to hook up an arcade VGA, but, alas, it's a TTL connector and only gives like 16 colors or something rediculous like that, so my connection was purely composite, and it looked like crap. Good enough to play some games, but overall, crap.

So this weekend I'm buying a reconditioned Wells Gardner 25" arcade monitor.  Next month, Son of Arcadia* will be built (note, that's a working name.  ;D)

Son of arcadia may be a Golden Tee Fore! style cabinet.. since I have a Golden Tee Fore! 2004 board arriving any day in the mail.
