I hope you mean toasted peanut butter and cheese sandwich!

My little masterpiece which I think I'll name the Super Bagel Zap!, is a toasted bagel with butter and a slice of melted american cheese, and slices of Oberto Hot Links sausages thrown in the middle, Yum!

namzep:

I used to really like bagels with cucumber, avacodos, cream cheese, and bean sprouts.  Really good but loaded with calories.

Can't really think of anything else that I eat that's weird except that I really don't like lunch meat in my sandwiches so most of the time I just eat cheese (with condiments) on bread.   ;D

remember when kramer off seinfeld tried to run his own "make your own pie" shop and was trying to put cucumbers on his pizza? ick.

SirPeale:

When I was in 5th grade we had to give a 'demonstration' on how to do a particular task.  The task was of our own choice.

The two class clowns, Kevin and Calvin, gave a demo on how to make a peanut butter, pickle and mayonaise sandwich.  They made it and ate it.  Most of the class went 'Ewww!'

A couple days later I decided to give it a try.  It's actually pretty good!  I haven't eaten one in years, though.  Perhaps I'll give it a try again soon.

One thing to note is I found the sandwich came out much better if you toasted the bread.  I also guess it would depend on what kind of bread you used.  I was using generic white bread, so I'm sure it was kind of mooshy.  Perhaps my next attempt will be with a nice wheat...
