I would swear that there was evidence that he was on PCP during the trial... it could be that I am either remembering it incorrectly, or that he had PCP on his person and they assumed he was using it at the time...

If you can find this evidence I'd like to see it. Everything I've read that isn't just hearsay says that he was tested and no trace of PCP was found.
