Its hard to really "score" women anyway. A plain looking 19 year old girl is going to absolutely knock the socks off most "attractive" women in their 40s.
If you stuck Paris up against 99 other women same age, build, and hair color, then yes I would say she would be about a 6.8. If you stuck her up against 99 randomly selected women of all ages and builds then it would be more like a 9.8.
The "average" woman on the street is 42 years old and overweight. So it really all depends on how you are scoring things.

If I had to choose between say...Teri Hatcher and some plain looking 19 year old, guess who I'm choosing...

Actually, when it comes to the more mature woman, I have a real thing for the Debra in "Everybody Loves Raymond". She scores higher than Paris on my richter scale.
Of course all my comments can be easily dismissed as hypothetical fiction because Mrs Bones is a 10(in my opinion), so really I am just full of superheated gas.
