How, exactly, can you punish gramma and granpa and the teenagers stealing mom/dad's credit card and buying this crap?

And, before you reply on that one....how do you punish someone who's ALREADY so down in life that replying to spam seems like it could IMPROVE your life?

I'm just sick of all the legislative hype about spammers being out of control.  They want to start charging for emails, remove all possibility of anonymity, and add miles of red tape to every email.  We should start teachingstupid people not to respond to spam, and the problem will go away very quickly.  We need education, not totalitarianism.
