This is an Asteroids Deluxe PCB. It is currently on Ebay.
What is that green padlock looking thing on the board? It looks like it's hanging off one of the test leads. All I can think of it some old service tag.

It's either a service tag, or I have seen serial # tags like this as well.

I have at least a half dozen boards with those on there, it will have a number on it of some sort.

I don't know what those tags are but they are common on Universal Boards
