This co-insides with emugaming.com going down... Mass emulation lawsuits? Multiple servers going down? Backbone link going dead?(Worldcom) Since Mame isn't a US project, it shouldn't have to comply with DCMA, but if the website was hosted on a US server the download might be legally blocked... Zophar.net isn't coming up for me either... Scary, this is why this site is 'Build Your Own Arcade Controls' and not 'Build Your Own MAME Controls', companies got sue crazy in the '90s about emulation. I think the manifesto still states this site is about making controllers for *any* software, not just emulators(which is true of course). |
