The guy behind the memo held himself responsible and resigned.

Gore lost, and since I voted for Bush, I would like to hold myself responsible for that.

These ideas are lost on you because you can't even seem to comprehend the idea of people holding themselves responsible for their own actions.

I saw Keifer Sutherland do it on 24 in the course of defending our country from terrorists.

If you prevent this sort of patriotic act, the Terrorists win.

I've already said Berger was an idiot and should be held accountable

I'd like to see your words to that effect, since they seem to have gone missing.

It also seems "he's an idiot" as a judgement pales in comparison to the dreck you wish to post about conservatives. Your words read as if this memo is a far worse offense than stealing and destroying classified government documents. I can understand, though. Berger was working for your pope. His motives were good, therefore, he's just an idiot.

Thanks for the guideline. I'll work on it if you promise to find something to stick with in your diatribes, or if you finally find something conservatives have done that you agree with completely. Ahhh, there's the rub. Conservatives will do the right thing, but they'll always do it for all the wrong reasons. Thankfully, Americans are so retarded they can't see the wrongheadedness of it all, and the God Squad can brainwash them into ignoring your esoteric arguments.

I'd hunt for them if it had any relevance to the topic at hand, but it doesn't...unless you are suggesting the Sandy Berger authored the Schiavo Talking Points memo, which, in that case makes you insane...and this back and forth becomes even more absurd.

Also, last I heard Berger pled guilty and will be punished. The GOP'er in this case just passed the buck and blamed a staffer. Par for the course, I guess.

Again, this is apples to oranges...I, in no way, think the Schiavo memo is on par with classified government documents, but that doesn't mean it isn't important. Although I'm sure you'll continue to write it off and ignore it.

Frankly, anything the points out the rank hypocrisy running rampant throughout the party that claims to stand for morality and ethics is fair game in my book.

Clinton did get a blowjob and then lied about it, but then again, he never claimed to be a Saint like our Dear Leader Bush (who still can't think of any mistakes he's made) and his holy apostles (DeLay, Hastert, Santorum, Frist, et al.)

The Schiavo memo exposes, what is to me, the true motivations of the Republican agenda...manipulation of the Christian right, power at any cost.
