Todd H:

Has anybody ever seen this?

M3talhead:

Since most folks here are "DIYs" anyway, you could use that $300 + shipping and order a $50 racing seat from Summit, then spend the remaining money building an enclosed "F-1" style cockpit out of fiberglass.

Not worth it if you ask me.

I really got excited (as this is exactly what I've been looking for lately), but then i saw the price...
Could be nice for someone with a little bigger budget though...

Flinkly:

man, spend the 300 on an authentic racing seat from happs with speakers in it...that might be worth it.  and it comes with the...thing.  you know, the thing to change the seat position.  but only forewards and reverse.

Todd H:

I thought the price was a bit high myself, but just thought I'd mention it for those out there with money to burn.   :)
