Ground Limits?

CPickler:
awesome, thanks

Oops.
The CAT-5 I have is 24 gauge.

I have used 28 gauge, but it was for 9-pin (Atari/Commodore/Genesis-style) connectors.
I didn't have any problem with that either though.

Just make sure that the wire you buy will work in the disconnects with two strands of it.
If a single strand is a little too loose, you can double it over before crimping it.
If two strands won't fit, you'll have a hard time daisy-chaining.
CPickler:
yeah the two strands not fitting is my concern
SteveJ34:
(2) wire strands should fit just fine into a .187 or .250 disconnect assuming you are using 20-22 guage wire....

CPickler:
cool, thanks.

Also, I ordered all the connectors from Happ controls, and I went to Home Depot tonight.  Found everything I ordered (except the wire) for much cheaper.  And I could have had it tonight.

Ohh well... live and learn.
