Any web coders in here? (Javascript in Firefox)

Not that I'm one myself, I just play at it. Hence my question: Why would a popup menu (javascript from Dreamweaver MX), work in Firefox in one instance, and not another? Mozilla seems to do okay with js most of the time. Any ideas?

I think Firefox as a built in popup blocker.... therefore that maybe blocking the popup menu.

It's a thought, but I really don't think they're the same. Popup menus are made with layers, they're not whole new pages. And like I said, I have made this very same script work in Firefox. Nothing is different about the program implementation at all, it's just not working in this instance.
