I don't like the radio to the fuel pump idea. What if you want to turn it off for peace and quiet? And what about when it gets stolen? I knew kids in high school who stole piece of crap stereos just for fun and practise. They'd steal them and toss them in the garbage. Your stereo is probably more likely to be the target of a theft than your truck.
