Should I pissed or not?

All,

I've been working on arcade machines and mame for over two years now and I'm an ebay veteran.  So when I saw this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6163751201&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1

I snatched it up.  I should have known that this deal was too good to be true.  A box came on Saturday with just the metal monitor frame.  No k4600 PCB chassis as pictured.

So my question is:  Should I

A)  Be pissed that the person 1)listed the metal frame as a "WELLS GARDNER K4600 13" ARCADE MONITOR METAL CHASSIS" and 2)Included a picture of the chassis pcb in the auction pictures

or

B) Feel stupid that he stated "I NEED SOME OF THE OTHER STUFF FOR BROKEN MONITORS." and I should have known that that meant the pcb is not coming with the deal?

I need some advice here.

Thanks,
Todd

Well, he did state "metal chassis only", but his CAPSLOCK ALL ONE SENTENCE METHOD OF TYPING MAKES IT RATHER HARD TO PICK THAT OUT IN THE AUCTION BECAUSE ONE SENTENCE JUST RUNS INTO THE NEXT AND ONE WORD JUST RUNS INTO THE NEXT I WISH THEY WOULD KEEP AOL PEOPLE OFF THE REAL INTERNET SINCE MOST PEOPLE WHO TYPE LIKE THIS ARE ON AOL THEY SHOULD JUST KEEP TO THE CHAT ROOM LOL ROFLAPWMD!

From reading the auction details and looking at the picture, you got what you paid for.

Thanks guys.  I'm mostly miffed at myself for not reading close enough or asking questions before buying.  I still think it's just wrong to include the pcb in the picture though.

Ahh in the fine age of fine print :P  When people type like that, they end up selling the product to unsuspecting buyers.  His little "scam" worked anyways.  I would just re-sell it, since you probably have no use for the metal..
