Awesome free web game

I've maxed out all of the equipment. I've got the $500,000 version of everything. Trust me, that's not too difficult to do once you're mining in the 3,000-5,000 ft. depth. It's a shame cos it's not nearly as fun once everything's been purchased. They also sell the game on CD for $15, btw. I wonder if it would run full-screen then.
I wish they'd make a Pocket PC version. That'd be badass. They'd probably have to program it from scratch, though. That game seems to have similar resource requirements to games like Far-Cry. Check out your Processor Performance in the Task Manager while you play. I've got an Athlon 64 3200 with 512 MB of RAM at work and it pegs a consistent 80% usage when the game's running.

Me too. AthlonXP 2700+ w/512MB RAM running Firefox. ~64MB usage by FF with it running too.

Ok...sooo after playing for way too long I have maxed out everything. I went bellow the 5,000 limit and collected all these expensive minerals...I'm hoping this isnt the end of them game!!!

I had purchased all of the $20,000 and $50,000 equipment, I had purchased 20xRefills and 10Xhull repair kits. And I was ready to make my run to the 6000+ feet level.
So I was around 45mins in to the journey as collecting a few high value items along the way... I was at 5,600 feet and I thought to myself, I'm almost there... Then BOOM.. I exploded. I must have hit a gas pocket or something, as I had a full tank of gas and full hull strength. What a piss off...

Heh....I did that too. Make sure you save your game whenever you go up top for fuel. With the $500,000 shield and the $500,000 radiator (I'm not really sure if the radiator affects gas pockets or just the lava that you can see) I can withstand two of those undetectable gas explosions without dying. Now that I've got unlimited funds I just load up on Nanobots so I don't have to go topside for repairs whenever I hit them.
Keep going down. Past 6,000 see some strange stuff and you start getting some worthwhile messages. I haven't messed around much below 6,000, though, so I'm not sure how much more there is to the game.
