Crystal Castles owners?

Hey Crystal Castles owners... How do I remove the Speaker grill? From what I can tell it's GLUED to the wood... I see no screws.

Help!

The Marquee area of mine is pretty beat up but from what I can tell there is a bolt in the center of the speaker grill assembly you have to take loose from underneath.

<edit> you have to remove the monitor glass to get to the bolt
