Happy St. Patrick's Day!!
JoyMonkey:
What's the deal with pinching people that aren't wearing green? I'm getting pinched to death here, where did this bizarre custom come from? I'm thinking that it was the same guy that made up the 'you have to put a clementine or coal in your Christmas stocking' thing.
I spent the first 23 years of my life living in Ireland, and I never heard of the 'you have to wear green on St.Patricks day' law. Also, I have never eaten corned beef and cabbage, I never lived in a castle, I can eat food other than potatoes and I believe that drinking green beer is a crime. Oh, and I've never seen a car bombing either and I think ordering a drink that's named after such a horrific act should be punishable by castration.

St Patrick's day is for ---daisies---. So is St. Valentines Day.
According to the index of Bizarre American Holidays http://library.thinkquest.org/2886/
Today is: Submarine Day!
We should be spending today remembering the u-boat crewmen that gave their lives for freedom, then eat at Quiznos. They have a pepper bar.
