Router bit size for T-molding.

Once again, BYOAC community to the rescue! :D
Since I am working with MDF particle, I will try a 3/32, to avoid breakage on removal.

Thats a pretty good idea except you would have to have some type of "credit rating" incase someone is gonna steal it halfway through the chain!

BTW: if you live in the greater Las Vegas area, Woodworkers Emporium says they have these hard to locate bits. Perhaps I helped one or two ppl with that info ;D

I have used a 1/16 bit on a number of projects that needed T-molding and it works. I have never had a problem with it breaking either if I have had to pull the molding back out.
