I don't know if VJ supports joysticks. I haven't seen it any where in the configuration. But there are programs out there that will convert joystick input to jeyboard presses. I think theres a couple on the download page of this website.

Looks really great.  I notice you are using a wireless kboard.  Have you got a remote control hooked up to the system?

That looks pretty sweet. I think I have that same infrared keyboard and I was never really happy with it. Recently I bought a radio frequency keyboard and mouse from Circuit city for $35 and its 10x better. It doesn't need line of sight to the receiver and its much more consistant.

I've got a Pronto remote that I use to control everything.  I made a remote for it to control Virtual Jukebox too.  If you're not fimilar with Pronto remotes they're really cool.  They are a touch screen based learning remote.  You can costumize the graphics to make them look however you want.
