I'm sure there is no way that i'll ever get a star wars yoke, but id like to play some of those games.  Cant i just hook up an analog stick for the same functionality?

Lilwolf:

I don't believe there are any good solutions.

I would LOVE to see a good cheap solution.  But its just not viable for anyone to do.  And anyone who tries to build repos find that having all the parts built will cost around 300+ in parts (let along dev costs.

I would love to see someone build one with parts from home depot or something similar... Like maybe a combination of a twist grip + a wooden box or something.

Stingray:

You can play Star Wars with a trackball, but it feels really wonky.

Analog stick will work fine, but doesn't feel the same.
