Ok paigeoliver, I thought it over all night, couldn't sleep and now I'm certain that you must ditch the joy and trackball and buttons except one for each side, or you could keep the T-sticks and restrict them to only move down, sure you see what I'm getting at ... then start vectorizing those floating dead cats, if you haven't already, and get them printed at 26 inches wide for the CP's.  See where I'm going with this?  Then you should definitely send me your "extra" trackball for $20 shipped.  I'll send you a money order in a week or two, after I've fully playtested the trackball, if I get around to it.  Anyway, I can't wait to see the finished Uber-Uo-Poko project.  Can I come over next month and check it out, a short 12 hour drive from Southeastern Ohio?  I could leave at six in the morning and make it just in time for dinner and BTW I'm a vegetarian who doesn't touch partially hydrogenated oils and the like, SO NO MORE MICROWAVE MEALS!

 :) ;) ;D :) ;) ;D :) ;) ;D :) ;) ;D

paigeoliver:
Quick measurements as promised.

27.7" wide.
39.5" long.
37" tall in the middle, curving down to 36" tall at the panels.

A few updated pictures. Is not functional at all yet, just hooked up a laptop to the display to show a game.

I REALLY need some overlays.

paigeoliver:
I was actually able to improve the TV picture quality quite a bit by UNFOCUSING the picture slightly. Not sure WHY this works, but I think it has something to do with effectively removing the interlacing. Not as good as a real monitor, but it is decent.
