rca monitor horizontal position adjustment
cwa:
I have an old WWF arcade game. Really all I want to do is sell it, but the image on the screen is shifted about 1" to the right. I've looked through everything I can, but cannot find how to adjust this monitor. I cannot find a horizontal position pot, screw, or jumper. Here is some info. I can post pictures if it would help:
RCA 81-22WNA
19v90
10 pin
8.5 ohms across vertical (yellow & green) wires
Thanks
Chad

RCA DOES NOT MANUFACTURE COMMERCIAL ARCADE MONITORS. Never has - never will. Visit www.dameon.net/BBBB/ and check out the monitor ID page.

LINK DOESNT WORK.
MonitorGuru:
The link DOES work. I had no problem getting to the page that was posted. Here is a more direct link that should also work: http://www.dameon.net/BBBB/monitor.html
Given your ohm values on vertical, along with an RCA tube, I'm going to guess you have a Wells-Gardner K46xx series monitor.
The monitor model number is printed on the electronics board/frame, NOT on the tube. Look for a label attached to these areas and report the numbers you find, and/or compare the chassis (electronics board) with those pictured at the link above.
Also, if your chassis has vertical cards that plug in perpendicular to the rest of the chassis, it definitely is a K46xx chassis.

Looks like Bob Roberts' site has just gone down. It was working yesterday. His site is known for periodic outages. Guess you'll just have to try again later. In the meantime, try this site instead: www.jomac.net.au/mon.htm
The "Monitor FAQ" sticky post at the top of the forum right here is loaded with information. I trust that you read it before posting your question?
