Anybody going to the Knoxville Auction?

This one is always huge.  Lasts 12 hours, two rows.

Since Knoxville is the headquarters for Regal Cinemas, is it likely that this auction will include games that came from the gamerooms of Regal theaters?

I dunno.  There's lots of people that go to this one.

I'm selling some and buying some junk.  They have this one every couple of months.  Rick has one in Winston Salem too.  Pics of that are at www.brokentoken.com

It's moved, to find it look it up at www.gameroommagazine.com/shows

TN is surely blessed with at least 2 active actions. One in Nashville and Knoxville.  They have one in Memphis sometimes too.

I went, I posted some on the thread in everything else.  I forgot about this one, and I started it.

To tell you the truth, I don't know if I saw a gyruss there or not. There wasn't much that wasn't junk.

Prices were all over the place, and I mean all over the place. The auction was in a different location than normal, and it was hard to get in and out of the Knoxville convention center.  It was at the Expo center, but they apparenly more than doubled the 2 day rental from $4400 to $10500 and AGS said they were moving.

I brought 4 items, bought one back. I bought 9 items and came back with money so I did okay.

It was big, but not as big as usual.  It took 10-12 hours to get through it all.  I was exausted after we loaded and left.  It's about 220 miles from home.  I still haven't unloaded the trailer.

It was indeed a nightmare as far as parking and unloading. We never even got a chance to unload. We are thinking we'll make a deal with Rick to get in earlier next time.
