Lost CD but need CP layout

As the title says I lost the CD that came with the book, but I only need the Control Panel Layout.  This is the final thing i need to do other than anything art.
I have Jasc PSP 8 and a quick explanation on how to print multiple pages but keep size would be nice too.  Need that for the Marquee and CP layout, thx.
