Hi all, Just wanted to let you know I've created a couple of themes for GameEx. It's a great FE but since I'm running it in a cab and not w/ Windows MCE I wanted more of an arcade look. You can download GameEx at http://www.gameex.net. The themes can be found on the the GameEx group in Yahoo Groups (http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/GameEx/) Enjoy, Rob |

I'm using Gameex at the moment and I have to say it is the easiest to use frontend I've ever come across. Not to mention I am also using pavlov's red theme. Thanks a bunch man, they look fantastic. |

I have to admit that GameEx has come a long way and I am nearly ready to switch one of my cabs over to using it. I like the themes from this post, but seem to be having issues working out why trackball support doesn't seem to work with these themes. The new features in GameEx are great. It's nice having the functionality of CPVIEWER built right into a FE -Goz |

I made 2 versions of each theme color, Arcade and MCE. For the Arcade versions I forced GameEx into Arcade mode which disables the mouse cursor. Try using the MCE version. It still looks the pretty much the same except the mouse and MCE toolbar are enabled. You can go into GameEx config and tweak things around a bit more, like autohiding the toolbar, etc. Does this help? Rob |
