| 25-30 watt tube enough for marquee? |

I searched the forum and saw some posts, but no concrete info on flourescent tube wattage for behind the marquee. I just picked up a GE brightstick33 or something like that because it had a plug (instead of direct-wire) and the fixture is 25" wide, 1" smaller than the inside dimension of the cab. From what I can gather, it supposed to be about 33 watts of light, but it uses 25. Most of the bulbs I've seen small enough to fit are about 20 watts. I haven't opened it yet, so I was wondering if you guys thought it would be bright enough. thanks! |

I think the stock flo in my cab is only 15w |

If anything it would be too bright, but you can always put paper between to diffuse it. |

JAMMA and A.M.O.A. compliant cabinets are standardized on using F15T8 (15 watt, 18" long) fluorescent lights and have been since 1990. |
