Mobo for Arcade

Say, I was going to put an old computer in my cabinet, but then I found this cheap mini-ITX board.

I plan on using a TV and it already claims to have a high-quality s-video out!  The only other downside I see is no USB 2 ports, only 1.1.  It looks like a bargain for only $99.  Then all I need is memory, power supply, harddrive!  I also think it would look cool to mount the mobo inside the cabinet without a computer case.

You might want to look for a different platform.
The mini-itx 1 ghz performs much like a 600/700 mhz PIII.  A lot of games may not be 100%.  I know Metal Slug can stutter on it.  Also, the TV-OUT requires a deal of tweaking to get it 90% usuable.  I was really disappointed with mine.  I ended ditching this about to weeks ago for this for a 1.6ghz duron + mobo combo for $49.  I bought a Cheap HSF and an ATI Video card w/TV out for under $99.  Now I can play an Metal Slug/TMNT 4 player/Gauntlet II with no problem, and it looks MUCH better with S/Video.
Oh, the heat was not an issue from the duron.  It's faily cool running.

Instead of doing that, go for a small form factor board and better processor.. it'd be worth the 200 dollar investment, I'd wager.  MicroATX boards from Gigabyte/Asus are nice.. dunno if you want Intel or AMD.  Intel has some nice boards as well.
