| Primer for MDF? |

Hello, Did a search on painting and someone mentioned they used Killz for primer on MDF. This is what I was planning on using as well - just wanted to see if anyone else had opinions on this before I actually started painting. thanks! |

I think thats what I used for my cab. Worked good. Don't skimp when putting it on either. |

I used Kilz as well and it worked great. I used the OIL based Kilz because I had read on here that you should not use waterbased primer (wood soaks up the water). Don't know much about it, but seemed to make sense so I went with the oil based. It dries fast too (in nice weather) it dried in like an hour or so. Good luck! |
