Straighten Foosball Rods?
(1/1)
GodSend25:
I picked up an old dynamo foosball table from 1983 at an auction last year. The thing is build like a house, and almost as heavy. Ive run out of room and am going to be selling it soon, but id like to fix it up a little bit.
A few of the rods on the game are warped. Not bad enough to make it unplayable but Id still light to straighten them. Ive had a little success by hand while installed, but can someone recommend a better method? My brother suggested heating them up first after removing them. They are actually quick thick and almost 100% solid (a small hole through the entire length).
Suggestions?

Check your yellow pages for local archery shops. If you can bend them by hand, they can probably be straightened on an arrow jig. They can probably do all the shafts for a reasonable price.

You may never be able to get them perfectly straight...
How about buying new ones? I'm sure someone sells them.
