I agree! This has ALWAYS bothered me! And some are REALLY nice cabs with these dinky little screens in there! I mean, if you know that your cabinet is going to have this little bitty monitor in it, then build your cab to fit it right at least! a 20inch TV with S-Vid can be had at wal-mart for around 120 bucks. and if you live near texas, you can get a 20inch APEX with COMPONENT and S-Vid inputs for around 120! You can also order it online, it's a online buy only, or you can have it shipped to a wal mart in dallas/fort worth for free! I mean, if you like it, thats all well and good, but no teeny tiny screen for me. |

Standard whining. ::) The point is that people contribute what they can to this hobby in the terms of money and effort. Who started this anyway? The more people that are involved in someway (even those with a small monitor) the better off we are as a group. Cant we all get along. Maybe we could talk about something that contributes instead of this drivel. Kraw |

I have a 19 or 20" monitor that fits perfectly in mine. It's a bit blurry, but you can only really tell when you have small text. If you know where to look, it's not too hard. For example, my dad got it from where I work (my boss is a neighbor and good friend) and my boss wouldn't take any money for it. My dad wanted to do something for it, so he helped him clean his garage. Anyway, if you search around and have some luck you may be able to find something big enough for a cab withour paying a lot. |
