May sell my mame cab to get this....
the3eyedblindman:
That doesnt look like a dedicated moonwalker, the one at KLOV is way different, and everywhere else I see moonwalker cabs look like the one at KLOV. The one on ebay looks like a smaller cab with a smaller monitor, like an old 80s cab converted maybe? Also, the control panel is alot smaller and has a different overlay than the one on KLOV. Im not sure though, maybe Im wrong. anyways, Does anyone know where you could find the kit to that game, like a PCB, CPO, Sideart, bezel, and marquee. You can find the brochure that goes on top on ebay. I would like to make a dedicated moonwalker possibly.

Don't rely on KLOV for "correct" cab photos. KLOV is FULL of photos of bad conversions. (unfortunately)

Q: Hello. I'm VERY much interested in having this game..only problem is, I'm a 20 year old girl who lives from pay check to pay check. LOL. So....if no one...
A: Hi Monique,Thanks for your interest. This is my favorite game I own,and I have been hiding it from everyone for years because I did not want to sell it.I...more

That's not the real reason he's been hiding it, of course... :o
I've watched the attract mode demo of this game, and I think it should really be called a Michael Jackson simulator. In the game, much as in real life, Michael has to go around "touching" kids, who then disappear God knows where...
I wish KLOV had some trivia on this game. I'd love to know whether Sega made this game because Michael was such a "hot commodity" in 1990 ::) , or if it was commissioned by the "gloved one" to feed his uncontrollable ego.
Speaking of MJ games, has anyone tried this one? http://www.zooass.com/games/neverland/neverland.shtml
Gunstar Hero:
SEGA made Moonwalker because MJ was not yet revealed as a freak of nature back in the early '90's... just an eccentric (and universally popular) musician. ::)
There were Genesis, GameGear and SMS versions too. Side scrolling beat-em-ups with video game versions of MJ's songs, an all powerful "Dance Attack" and many innocent children who would happily chirp "Michael!" upon rescue. Pretty disturbing in retrospect. :P
As for that being a dedicated unit, I remember a different one when that game was in arcades, but that's a good 12-14 years back... :-\
