HELP! Removing spraypaint from PVC?

I spraypainted a PVC (not sure if that's the correct name for the plastic screen) screen. I mounted it onto my arcade a found that the edges are kind of grey. It sure looks ugly as hell!

?= this area is SHOULD be clear but is kind of grey
