Ensoniq pci in DOS question?

I have installed a couple of ensoniq's successfully in other PCI only computers for mame cab's well this time it works but when I reboot it does not work and I gotta reinstall the drivers. it seems that the IRQ is changing from 5 to 11 and from 11 to 5. what do I need to do in bios or whatever to correct this.?
