When you add genres do you also have to add the location as to where the folders are in the setup screen.

Here's an example:

C:\My Music\Country
C:\My Music\Rock

Or if you have alread had it setup this way will it know the genres:

C:\My Music
Will it see the rest of the folders within this folder?

Yes, you just point it to the 'top level' folder, and tick the option to use 'First Part Of Directory Is Genre'.  Then, when you add a new directory (like add C:\My Music\Pop), it'll be instantly available.
