Some focus problem with this function don't click with your mouse ...or ctrl+alt+suppr :)

Not sure what you mean about this....it's shown as a 'modal' or dialog form, which doesn't allow you to go back to the main screen until it's closed.

True.  Mine was already done that way for using JB Sim so I have stuck to that format as my collection has continued to grow.

In regards to the new version of the software, it looks like I need to update.  I have not gotten a new version for a while (not sure what build I am running at the moment).  For those that have used the new version, how are the new features?

Commenting on the idea earlier of adding an EQ, I got that functionality by getting a SoundBlaster card that loads an EQ with it's driver.  Works great and no need for code changes to the "product".

Thanks again for a great jukebox, SK!

When i push key "h" display is ok but when i clic with the mouse inside or outside the help form, i can't close the help screen with "h" key. My only solution to close it is to ctrl+alt+suppr

OK, will check that out, thanks.  At least I fixed the other issue with the screen saver by not understanding your post!  lol

Also, I have added '.jpeg' to the list of supported pictures.  (for Dub)

Will put another update online later today.

SK.

Version 2.7.2 Released.

26/10/2005
- Fixed an issue with the Help screen where it would not close
- The new screen saver should now be working properly.  Was a timer not being reset on mouse move
- Added '.jpeg' to the list of files it will look for when displaying cover art (will look for .jpg, .bmp then .jpeg in that order)

Edit - Thought I'd show the current list of files it will look for when displaying the album art.  It will look in the current album directory, then if it doesn't find a match, will look the next level up in the directory structure, then up, up, up...until it reaches the top level of the current path.  Here's the list :

"folder.jpg"
"folder.bmp"
"folder.jpeg"

"*front*.jpg"
"*front*.bmp"
"*front*.jpeg"

"* f.jpg"
"* f.bmp"
"* f.jpeg"

"cover.jpg"
"cover.bmp"
"cover.jpeg"

"*.jpg"
"*.bmp"
"*.jpeg"

Oh. while adding this new extension to the list, I made the code alot easier to add in more filters.  I may think about adding a list into the setup that anyone can alter.  Currently, it's broken up into 2 groups : file names & file extensions, so I'd display these in seperate lists for editing.

Great SK!  I'll test out the new version now.....Thanks!!

Update:
Works perfectly!  Thanks for the new features!  I did notice that the song list for the lower 2 albums (bottom half) extend over the white square for the album, like they are on top of the square instead of behind it....

While testing I had a thought and want to share with you for a *possible* future change:  Should the new scrolling SS work when in Full Album Mode?  It's kind of cool to see the Full Album mode scrolling screensaver, but if you enter that mode to review the song list to potentially choose a song, would the user want the screen to scroll?  Maybe an option to "Disable Scrolling SS when in Full Album mode"?

Oh, can you get me the moon too?   ::)  Honestly, I think it's great as it is, but the "user acceptance tester" in me is asking how would "user" want it?  Anyway...thanks again for sharing this truly great software!

Bumblebounces.....grab the latest version....it's "Flippin SWEET"   ;D
