Time Pilot is funny today...

Played Time Pilot last night and got to the final round. Its supposed to be set in 2001 and there were flying saucers as the enemy! I thought to myself "I don't remember there being flying saucers 3 years ago"!
Can you think of any other old games that had "futuristic" stuff in them that is now funny/ironic?

i think that is why capcom started using the date 19XX, which doesnt apply today either, lol
