so i just bought a primal rage pcb for $55 aus (roughly 40 us). it's going to be a while before i can even run it. i plan to build an upright jamma cab, but no money or time so it'll be a while.

so my question is, what's the best way to look after it for a year or so? special considerations are that i live in the tropics and the monsoons will be sweeping down soon, so 100% + humidity most days for the next 4 or 5 months. so i'd especially like to hear from anyone living in the top half of australia or the southern parts of the US (whammoed?). in the dry season i guess i should get a giant anti-static bag?
paigeoliver:
Most of us collectors just toss them in the closet.
Apollo:
He he nice one paige, true though, lol.
Just wrap it in bubble wrap ( ignore what anyone says about static coz its crap ) and chuck it in a box.
paigeoliver:
I have AT LEAST 30 boardsets in this one closet, along with a couple monitors and all sorts of other various parts. I feel pretty good about the storage situation if I don't have a monitor stacked on top of a board!
danny_galaga:
i couldn't find a pcb closet on ebay. will an ordinary closet do? will i have to come out of it first?
