Chicago auctions happen rarely (besides the yearly Pinball Expo). Last one was in Rosemont (IIRC) years ago. Before then, they would occur once in a while at the Kane County fairgrounds. Seemed to me prices usually went cheap, which is one reason why they probably never come here. I also heard them say that the rental costs are too high. Mario |

I forgot to mention that I usually try to make it to the Milwaukee auctions. They are the closest. Otherwise, I head to Indianapolis. Mario |

About roughly how much closer? I know it would take me about 6 hours to hit Paiges place. Or atleast that is what we clocked opn my last pick up from him. I am sorry for my inferior knowledge of distance just a hopeful collector delving in fun :). -Soul |

Still one heck of a drive though. |
